Virginia Investment Trust purchased Kiawah's resort assets in 1993 and The Ocean Course in 1995 to form Kiawah Island Resorts. The company owns and operates the Island's resort amenities including The Sanctuary, a AAA Five Diamond Award-Winning oceanfront hotel, featuring 255 rooms as well as dining, conference, and recreation facilities, including a spa, fitness center, and indoor and outdoor pools. Contact Information
