Chris Owca

Office Coordinator

Chris Owca is the ARB office coordinator. She comes to the ARB with many years of experience at KIRE. Prior to joining the ARB, she worked as an Executive Assistant, Database Manager, and Leads Manager. She also had several years experience at the Kiawah Island Resort in a managerial position. Chris received her education at the University of Kentucky, majoring in Elementary Education. In addition to administrative duties for the ARB, Chris handles guideline questions, distributes setback information, and provides assistance with processing of permits and submittals.
