Wayne Juchatz
Wayne Juchatz is the property owner representative on the Board. As liaison to the Cassique community, he represents property owner interests and provides input on aesthetic issues. Wayne and his wife Linda have been residents on Kiawah since 2001 and Cassique property owners since 2006. They have built homes on Kiawah and at Cassique and are sensitive to the issues presented by the ARB review process from the property owners' perspective. Wayne is a retired corporate attorney and a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and the University of Virginia School of Law. He currently serves on the Town of Kiawah Planning Commission.
