April Brumfield
April Brumfield is a Charleston native whose family has been coming to Kiawah since before she was born. They have owned Kiawah property since 1956. A graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Marine Biology, April started her career as a property manager for Great Beach Vacations. She soon moved over to KIRE, drawn by the enthusiasm and experience of the company's agents, and the level of service KIRE offers its clients. In her spare time, April enjoys being on the water. She is also an avid tennis player and veteran beachwalker.
KIRE has the only real estate sales team located on Kiawah. We have 23 sales executives, and many are long-time Kiawah residents who can share both their knowledge of the Island and their enthusiasm for Kiawah’s rewarding lifestyle.
