Hollis Garris

Hollis Garris grew up in downtown Charleston. On the weekends he would head out with his grandfather to the east end of Kiawah Island to fish and shrimp in the creek. After marrying his high school sweetheart, Hollis worked in sales for Xerox. He later became the first IBM/Compaq PC dealer in South Carolina. Having been a Kiawah property owner since 1977, he currently sits on four association boards and is president of the Windswept II Association. Because of the attention he gives his clients, he always finishes as one of the top sales agents with the company. On why he chose to work for Kiawah Island Real Estate Hollis says, "I came to work for KIRE in 1993 for the opportunity to sell some of the best real estate in the US with the most knowledgeable and service oriented firm in the market."
