Tricia Flanagan
A master sailor and racer who earned her 100 Gross Ton Auxiliary Sail License in the mid-1980s, Tricia Flanagan loves the sea. So what better place to make her life than Kiawah? A native of New Jersey who grew up spending summers at the shore, Tricia always needed a "salt fix" and she has have lived on the Island since 1983. Before coming to Kiawah, Tricia sold real estate in Charleston, but quickly realized her greatest opportunity was at the beach. "In the early years of Kiawah development, there were no female agents." But Tricia changed that, and loves working with the team she believes is the most professional around. "One of the most exciting aspects of my job is the people, "I help families fulfill lifelong dreams," Tricia says. "I am so very grateful that my profession can bring such joy." Tricia has many hobbies, including home renovation. In fact, Tricia and her husband John renovated a Kiawah home, winning the Prism Award for best renovation in the tri-county area. The newly renovated home was also featured in Charleston Home Magazine.
