Mark A. Permar
Mark Permar is a registered architect and land planner and principal in the market research and planning firm of Permar, Inc. He was vice president of planning and design under Kiawah’s original developer, and continues to consult with KDP on long-range planning, programming, and feasibility analyses for capital improvements on Kiawah. A veteran of the KDP team since 1988, he also serves on Kiawah’s Architectural Review Board.
